And to make our presense felt, in January 2010 we launched our first African Cuisine in the City Centre of Bloemfontein that offers high quality and delicious African food with natures Home-made beverages ever found within Basotho culture in the Free State Province and the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho.
This first project (Cshine24 Restaurant) was invented as a result of the market research contacted over a period of one year, of which our research exposed this type of food industry gap that was left un-catered for, and which is really a need of an African food restaurant in our area as there is a great demand and love of the Basotho food within local and international clientele in South Africa and Free State in particular as a Basotho dominant of all other Provinces in our country.
Our Restaurant is situated within 0.7km radius East of Vodacom Park Stadium and between two centres of population; The Waterfront Mall and Central Park Business Centre of which both enjoys a larger potential consumer market than other sites in the region might. It is also at the vicinity of the Free State Provincial Government Hub, and the Central University of Technology.
Moreover, Free State Province and Mangaung in particular enjoys a lot of African culture activities such as Mangaung Cultural Festival (MACUFE) and many more, it is in the heart of South Africa which makes it a future business centre in the sense that no matter where one travels from, either Lesotho, Western cape, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal, the only province to travel through is Free State. Also the province enjoys one of the finest Basotho tribe holding firmly on their ancestors roots.
In expansion, Come Shine24 Properties is already upgrating a five roomed house in Lesotho (Mohale's Hoek District) that will also provide high quality accommodation and full breakfast for both tourists and business clientele visiting Lesotho. The location of Cshine24 Inn shall be ideal for a weekend getaway. It shall be right in the city but to feel as if a couple is somewhere away in our traditional homes. If customers are looking for alternative home menu away from home, Cshine24 Inn shall be designed to provide the comfort of a home with the option to partake in the company of the owners or retreat to the seclusion of a comfortable room.
